Page Hijacking is more or less related with Hacking. if someone hacks your page/site and puts a content that is not acceptable by you or is not yours!

I believe you have TDSS rootkit which causes such redirections. To remove it, try using TDSSKiller and also check the system with anti-malware ...

Page high jacking is when someone decided to have a site like your with the same content and then use you results in the search engine to appear higher, and worse some can do it through a redirect taking your business.
