Both helpful for website.. If you want generate traffic then link wheel and improve ranking then link bait...

Line Wheel is a technque of off page we used in SEO, which is performed by web 2.0 sites, in which we create channel of contents, using anchored text we pass link to one sucessor and follow it we create a wheel of linked content and finally give a link to our sites, such linkes give more valued to our site infront of search engine.

Both are equally effective when it comes to link building. Since there are mixed opinions about legitimacy of link wheel, I prefer creating effective link baits.

I prefer Link wheel if it is open, should be done carefully.

I think link wheel is good.

I think both are very helpful.Both can help us to generate traffic as well as quality backlinks.So we should not compare both with each other besides it we should use both in our SEO work.
