How to avoid keyword stuffing?

Search engines scan Web pages for the words that are entered into the search criteria by the user, the more times a keyword appears on the Web page the more relevancy the search engine will assign to the page in the search results (this is only one way that search engines determine relevancy, however.) Search engines often penalize a site if the engine discovers keyword stuffing, as this practice is considered poor netiquette, and some search engines will even ban the offending Web pages from their search results.

Keyword density should be 3-4 % per 100 words.

When you write content naturally, you do not need to check your keyword density. Keyword density near 4% is very good.

To avoid keyword spamming you should appropriately use the keyword on your web page and also on web page content properly maintain keyword density, keyword prominence and keyword proximity

The easiest way to avoid keyword stuffing is to create rich content that will be useful to the end user, that reads naturally. Although keywords should definitely be featured in your content, they should not be included out of context to the reader
