Ways promote sites in the Yahoo UK listings?

Hi there
I have a website, and my main target visitors for my site are from UK. But .co.uk is not the extension of the domain name that I�m using. And my site is currently not listed in Yahoo! UK mainly because the IP address is Irish. So how do I promote my site in order for it to be listed in the Yahoo! UK listings?
any help in this ergard will be appreciated.
