I don't see anything wrong, the colors are good, the theme is sleek, there is alot of text though but thats not a bad thing.
Overall I liked the site.

Some (not all) of the images appear as though they are slightly distorted. This is probably so they fit a particular image size in the template. Check the HTML and adjust the image size accordingly.

I don't see anything wrong with the template, but the General Santos City Map could be larger as it would be more useful that way.
