How to upload things.

As I'm getting bored of continuously updating my mom's website for her, I'm trying to make it so she can do it herself. I can figure out how to setup the the rest, I'm just not sure how allow a form to upload things such as text files and pictures to the server. How do you do this?

are you using joomla cms or wordpress.I think you can make your mother learn those easy steps to upload contents to website
