Article submission is great thing in SEO but please suggest me whether we can post same article to all directories or not?

I wouldn't recommend doing that. First of all most good article directories are moderated so if you try subbmiting the same article in many places it will get rejected in most of the direcotries by moderators.

Secondly links thaht appear on a pages with duplicate content are worth nothing or almost nothing.

Submit only original and unique articles or at least use services like The Best Spinner.

i use some word press article sites because it is easy to submit and cache.

Yes you can post your article in many different directories because most of the article directories approve the article.
