Need Help Looking for a New Web Host

I've exceeded my hostgator business package by running too many processes (mysql). I barely use webspace (around 100MB), and around 50GB bandwidth a month. What concerns me is I might lots of CPU or RAM since I exceeded hostgator's 25 process limit for the Business shared plan.

What do you'll recommend I get? And where should I get it. Should I go with a VPS or Dedicated Server, I barely use much resources, so I'd like to know your opinions. I value quality over value.

You may notice many different kinds of web hosting companies and all of them are top of their quality.
Check out Newhost.ro web hosting provider - Their uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus.

Besides, pretty good web hosting solutions you could get from Glowhost.com - The thing that really has impressed me is the willingness of the support staff to take the time to explain things to a newbie who asks very basic questions.

Have you ever considered hostdone.com cheap hosting plans?
Their support team is able to help you with everything you may need (scripts installation, etc.) for free.
The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen.
Try to use the code (hostdone20) -20% off the price.
