Same URL, twice listed in SERP??
 

Today the index page of one site dived from a solid top 10 rank to position 100. Shock. Then I notice that the same page (exact same URL) is also listed again at position 128.

Strange. Should I be concerned? Or is this just a hiccup on G's side.

I've never seen the same URL listed twice.
