Why i can't reset password of Sbcglobal mail account?
 

Hi there,

I am using Sbcglobal mail account from few year and it is my primary email account. But now i thought about password change but i could not change it. Please tell me, why i can't change password of my sbcglobal mail account.
Help me!

Follow steps:
Visit the Forgot Password page.
Select Password.
Enter your full AT&T email address and your last name.
Select Continue.
From the drop-down menu, select I'll answer my security questions.
Answer the security questions that you set for your account.
Select Continue.
