Indexing is a process which is done by search engine bots to store publicly available web pages.

It is not always necessary that the bots will index every crawl info on search engines. Some times they ignore it if they feel content is not worth enough.

when indexing is running the computer can be dog slow. Set it to run at a more convenient time for you. It gives Sherlock the ability to find content inside of files instead of just finding by file title.
