My SEO strategy has overoptimize the anchor text, so how can I help people?

Overoptimize would imply that you "optimize" so much that it actually hurts. Is that what you mean?

The ‘over optimization’ of anchor text has been coming up a lot recently in conversations that I have been having and has been the subject of a few recent blog posts.
