Make the list of all your back links you want to remove, save it in notepad and upload that file in disavow tool. but don't forget to read the webmaster guide lines before submitting.

login to your google account then go to the Disavow tool then select your site, select disavow links, then you will get the option to upload a file, So you can upload your file then click on submit.

First you use ahrefs to filter all the links you think are bad.
Next you give all your domains and links to the .txt file.
Finally go to google webmaster tool (disavow tool) to send the file to google and wait for feedback.

You can use webmaster disavow tools for removing bad backlinks.
