(2) Select competitors those who target the same or more of your related keywords
(3) Choose between your SEO competitors
(4) Do expansion of your keywords related to your work flow process
(5) Do research on your Keywords using Advanced Google Keyword Planners
(6) Maintain on your Unique keywords

Finally analyze your rankings,content availability,Optimization planning done.
