2 seconds is supposed to be okay

If web page has the only content, no videos, then It should be load in fraction of a second.

Just in a second, if u have high-resolution images or videos or etc then it will take time.

Actually it depends on the site (and the internet speed) but a site should not load more than 2 to 3 sec. 5 sec is long enough. If you get longer than that then you are most likely to increase your site bounce rate as well as losing traffic. You need to fix it asap.

according to my opinion, you should load less than 3 secound
