Well it is quite tricky question. As per google guidelines black hat seo is prohibited but few people use it. You can use hidden text, keyword stuffing but black hat will not help you in long term .

as per Google suggestion don't use any kind of Black Hat SEO because if you want to rank high on long term these techniques are not helpful. Stick to basics if you don't want to ban your domain in Google.
