Please review my site

Hello to all!
I just made a site about bus rental services in Athens, Greece!

http://www.rentbus.gr

The company offers luxury coach and minibus for trasportations all over Greece.
The site also supports 3 languages. English, Greek and Chinese!

Tell me your opinion please.
Whatever you find nice or annoying.

when i use seoquake check your web
1. your web is lacking h3 h4 h5 h6
2. no Schema.org
3. no Robots.txt
4. no XML Sitemaps

1 and 2 is ok. but 3 and 4 is a big problem

In my opinion, we should have h3 tag in our content. Others may not need I agree. These tags (h1, h2, h3) allow Google to understand our site easily.
