I received some advice mentioned "Guest posting", but I don't really get it. What benefit can I get from the postings like that?

How much internal links is enough?
 

I think if there are too many internal links, Google will consider it as bad thing. However, as you said, it is so important. Could you tell me how much internal links I can create on my website? Thanks!

As you listed, I think there are a lot of things I need to learn :( Could you list these things in order priority?

Do you think your site is onpage optimize? If not, then go to google guidelines about SEO and finish optimizing your site onpage first. After that build links but look only to niche sites that are relevant to yours. Avoid manipulating links.

In Off page quality back link is the important criteria.
