Which sitemap is good for seo

I have used Html sitemap and xml sitemap. Which one is best for seo.

hello dear, It is not a must these days. As soon as you get some external links, bots will be able to start indexing them. But, honestly creating an automatic sitemap is an easy task, and for sure it speeds up the process of all the site appearing on the search engines, especially the deepest pages.

I think XML sitemap is good for a website because it easily create comparison HTML sitemap..
