Page Rank :

PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Let’s call it Google’s rating or grade for your webpage (0 = lowest, 10 = highest).

SERP :

SERP means Search Engine Ranking Page. This is what you look at multiple times a day. It’s the (first) page of results Google gives you when you are searching for a keyword or a keyword combination.

PR stands for page rank and it is a measure of popularity of a webpage in Google. It is of no value today as Google has stopped updating their page rank algorithm.

A search engine results page (SERP) is the page displayed by a search engine in response to a query by a searcher. The main component of the SERP is the listing of results that are returned by the search engine in response to a keyword query.

PR is generally termed as Page Rank of a website which helps to analyze how popular a website is & what its importance among its users. But, it's an old termed which is violated by Google recently. Now, Google checks the DA & PA of a website according to which it ranks it.

SERP is called as search engine results page which helps to analyze the ranking of a website as per the keywords in which backlinks have been made. Search engines fetch the details of a website as per the query typed in the search engine browsers. The more your quality backlinks, the better your search engine result.
