How to check website ranking issue or domain problems?

Hi Everyone How to check website ranking issue or domain problems? Actually my website before some days ago It is on Google 4th page on their relevant keyword but suddenly it was going google 10th page. I don't know why. I do all the effective SEO but still it was on Google 10th page So please suggest me some method to improve its ranking or suggest some tool to check domain problem.

There are NO tools available to observe those mishaps, however you may use GWT to take precautions in earlier stages.
