In general it is a longterm process to establish yourself on Social Media, especially if you really want to build a valuable follower base. It might be quicker and easier to gain lots of followers and with some kind of campaigns.

It does, but don't expect overnight results. You have to build a connection with your audience before you can sell them anything. That takes time & patience
