I bought a selfie stick and it broke but the website says lifetime parts warranty?
 

I bought a selfie stick just over a month ago from best buy but i didn't even get a chance to use it because it broke. it's over the 30 day return/exchange mark but on the website it says there is a lifetime parts warranty... does this mean if i bring it in i can get a new one?
