What is Google Penguin?
 

Sorry for this noobish question but what is google penguin exactly? Recently I've heard that it had a big update and it messed up with SEO business. But I dun really understand what it does. I was only told that it regulates spammy content but I suppose there is more to it.

Basically Google Peguin if you have bought fake backlinks to increase your rank in SEO.
