Your primary domain should not be a keyword just for the sake of keyword optimization - that can actually spoil your SEO. If your company name happens to have a keyword, that's fine, but don't go buying seocompanyinmumbai.com. Get what I mean?

Yes, Google gives more priority to sites having keyword in domain name.

As per my experience, There is no problem adding keyword in your domain. It is also good idea to optimize your site more SEO friendly. I also agree with @AliceFowell, I also would not recommend to adding all keyword in the domain like DigitalMarketingServiceProviderInIndiaSeoServices. com.

You can use keyword in your domain name but keep in mind EMD update.

While it is good to have a keyword in the URL, it isn't always possible to accommodate it. In such cases, it is best to leave the domain name however you wanted it to be. Modifying it to incorporate a keyword will look unnatural and the meaning behind the business/domain name would be diluted.

In today's generation , the keyword is no need to optimize your domain name but it is fast and one of the best way to do optimization. So, I say yes.

It is not necessary to optimize your domain name to include keyword, but if you using for ranking than it is well and good for you.

I would say to an extent. If the url still makes sense then go on. More than seo friendly it should be user friendly. I did for Digital marketing agency in Bangalore

Ideally, webmasters should strike a balance between finding a catchy, unique, brand-friendly domain name and having a domain that contains keywords they are trying to target. The benefit of a keyword-rich domain is two-fold. First, the domain name itself is a ranking factor that the engines consider when calculating ranking order. Second, having relevant keywords in a domain name is beneficial because the domain name is the text that other Internet users will use as anchor text when linking. Since keywords in anchor text are an important ranking factor, having these keywords in a domain name can have a positive impact on ranking.
