A 301 redirect means that the page has permanently moved to a new location. A 302 redirect means that the move is only temporary.

A 301 redirect known as a permanent redirect, should be put in place to permanently redirect a page.

A 302 redirect known as a temporary redirect, should be put in place if you want to redirect your site visitors into another web page but you plan to bring the redirected page back after some time.

301 redirect is the permanent redirect which passes between the 90-99% of link juice to the redirected page. 301 refers to the HTTP status code for this type of redirect.

302 redirect is the temporarily redirect this redirect doesn't carry or pass the link value to the new location.

301 is a redirection code which means permanent redirection. In 301 we redirect old url to new url permanently.

302 means temporary redirection. In case of temporary redirection we use 302 redirection.

301 redirect is the most efficient and Search Engine Friendly method for webpage redirection. It's not that hard to implement and it should preserve your search engine rankings for that particular page. If you have to change file names or move pages around, it's the safest option. The code "301" is interpreted as "moved permanently".

A 301, or permanently moved, is a redirect that alerts the crawlers that your content has moved permanently.

A 302, or "Found"/temporarily moved, is a redirect that alerts the crawlers that your content has moved temporarily (that is, it may come back later, like when you have it back in stock).

302 - If the page is missing, it's replaced with a temporary redirect to a custom error page
301 - Redirects errors to either a custom error page or some other page on the site (i.e. sitemap, homepage or best guess)
I think so

301 - Redirects blunders to either a custom mistake page, or some other page in the site

302 - If the page is feeling the loss of, it's supplanted with a brief sidetrack to a custom blunder page
