Why proteins are important
 
Proteins are one of the important food ingredients in the human body that are made of core and non-essential amino acids.

Proteins have a great importance because it contains vital amino acids which are useful for the growth and health of the body, and they are the most suitable food for the construction of the tissue, which is essential in muscle formation in the body. It is also important to build the skin, bones, and maintain them in good health. Also, they contain carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen, and also contain some of the iron and phosphorus.

Moreso, Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Our bodies use protein to build and repair tissues. We also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.
