Some basic points to remove the bad links are
1 identify the link you want to remove
2 Find the contact information on sites
3 Send an e-mail to the webmaster and make the location of the link you want to remove
4 If you are not getting a reply in 5-10 business days, send a follow-up.

First find out your bad baclinks... list out all of them and use google search console 'disavow' option to remove bad baclinks to your site.
