Is Seo Web 2.0 Submission is Spam? i Daily update one or two post in my web 2.0 blog sites and gives back-link to main site and its pages.? What's your opinion please?

Creating web 2.0 blogs is not a spam untill the content is unique and each article can contain once or twice your many site link.This allows in helping the position of the keyword of which you want to see at the top of google search results.
