Dynamic URLs are less friendly to search engines.

If static web site small like 4 to 10 page website then static website is okay and ranked faster but if website is large then we can not use static page because if we do as it will very hard to manage so peoples are using dynamic website like wordpress. In wordpress you can use SEO plugin to optimize the title, url, meta description
