If you are looking for the paid tool then I highly suggest you go for AHREFS, Majestic, tools for checking backlinks. Both od them are the best for checking backlinks and even they provide you about your anchor tag backlinks.

I am generally using openlinkprofiler.org and ranksignals.com both are good but you can try some more with help of google.
