What makes a Quality Back Link, back link from relevant site or from high pr site.

In my opinion, there are many technique for quality backlink like forum posting, bookmarking, blog commenting etc.

All these are link building technique but there are some factors which make those links quality links or spam, given below :

Forums posting : if you are contribution on a forums in a particular section which is relevant to your niche and you are getting links through your signature then its a good link. But if there is no relevancy in forums with your niche then you are gaining spam backlinks which could harm your website.

Blog commenting : If the topic is relevant to your niche then its good to add comment and get backlinks, but make sure comment with a person name or add true suggestion or feedback in your comment.

For the quality backlinks, you need to add the good content or keyword selection for getting the good traffic.

Qualitybacklinks come only from hight authority pages, not only domains. Many SEO professionals will tty to cheat you and tell you the link wil be whatwber PR (PR doesn't exist anymore) and this will truefor the root domain but not for the page.Pages shoukd also contain as few outgoing backlinks as possible. Avoid link farms!

A high PR won't help if the page you get the link from isn't the front-page. But all in all, you should preferer high pr sites before low pr but relevant ones.
