301 redirection is permanent redirection. you will redirect the old page to new page.

A 301 redirect is a response code which indicates a permanent redirect from one URL to another. This feature allows you to retain the SEO ranking and traffic of your existing URL.To use this option, you need to have a domain connected to your Wix site. As such, this feature requires a premium plan which includes connecting your own domain.
To set up a 301 redirect: From the left side of the Editor, click the Settings icon > click SEO (Google) > click Advanced Settings > click Manage 301 Redirects.
Under Source Link, enter the text that should appear after your domain name (e.g., pagename) > under Destination Page, select the page that the URL will redirect to > click Add > click Apply.

A redirect is the way to send both users and search engines to a different URL from the one they originally requested. There are multiple options for doing this but in general the 301 redirect is preferable for both users and search engines.
