2. Optimize Dependencies
3. Avoid Inline JS and CSS files
4. Optimize Caching
5. Avoid render blocking scripts
6. Avoid Redirects

8. Reduce HTTP Requests
9. Minification of JavaScript and CSS
10. Reduce Cookie Size

If you are on Wordpress then Use any cache plugin (eg. W3 Total Cache, Wp super cache, hyper cache.) You can also try any CDN service (eg. CloudFlare, Max CDN)..

Gzip Compression and reduce image size is best way to decrease page load time. We should also Avoid Inline JS and CSS files. You should also delete your website cache history to load page fast.

Optimizing page load time is very crucial. Google loves fast loading pages. More the site is fast, more it will receive search traffic. You already got a lot of useful tips. I am sharing what I do to optimize my page loading.

Use a CDN service - I prefer CloudFlare
Don't upload heavy image files. Light-weight files load faster.
Optimize caching

If yours is a wordpress site, then you can use W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache plugin . You can also use the GTmetrix for WordPress plugin to test your load time.
