Inbound links are located on another website to point your website. And
Outbound or external links are located in website itself pointing other sites.

Link start with your domain name is known as INTERNAL LINK.
Link which does not start with your domain name is EXTERNAL LINK.

An internal link is a link that leads to another page on your website whereas an external link goes to another website.
