In such cases I often wished if I could find details (like caller's name and location) of the phone number. Using TrueCaller, you can easily trace any mobile number and put a name to an unknown mobile phone number number.

Hi there are many website like bharatiyamobile where you can check the any mobile phone location , for more site you can search on google. But best option to find exact location contact your service provider.

Its hard and mostly fake.

almost impossible without having a script/app injected on the client side.

It is impossible to track a mobile number unless he inserts the sim and it is done only by Police not by us .
