I would like to know that What are the limitations of title and description tags? tell me ..

Old Metadata Character Limits

Title Tags = 70 characters
Meta Description = 150 characters

New Google Metadata Character Limits

Title Tags = 55 characters
Meta Description = 115 characters

Optimal Length for Search Engines. Google typically displays the first 50-60 characters of a title tag, or as many characters as will fit into a 512-pixel display. If you keep your titles under 55 characters, you can expect at least 95% of your titles to display properly.

There is no limitation of title and description tag, but yes it's recommended that your title should be of 60 to 70 characters and description should be of 160 characters (including whitespaces) because Google shows title and description in search results as recommended previously.

Google read only 60 characters in title and 155 characters in description of website and remaining characters are not read by Google. In youtube title has 90 to 100 characters and description has minimum 200 words is the limit.

Title should not be more than 57 characters (with spaces) and Desc not more then 150 charachters. Make sure you use your targeted keywords with in this length.
