Keen on learning
I have been into advertising for a long time now. Usually, I'd just have to write some stuff and give it to my boss. That was pretty much the extent of my involvement at the firm. But, last week my boss asked me to do a detailed analysis of social media marketing and online advertising. He has given me specific guidelines (as usual pointless and extremely difficult to abide by). I do know how it essentially works on social media, but there are certain things in each domain, that one learns either from experience or if someone tell them. For eg. (I know this is very trivial) there are a couple of differences between a page and a group on facebook. A group can be open or closed, whereas a page is always open. This among other differences(Wonder if Zuckerberg himself decides to make life difficult for everyone or he has people do it for him). I am looking to explore Facebook, twitter, instagram, google+ etc. Any help/suggestions are welcome.
Side note: sitting in a cafeteria writing this post and at the same time wondering how to enter my flat, having lost my keys. Any suggestions here too, are welcome! :P
