The best page DA is 100.

Domain authority is a measure of " how good is your site , compared to others ". The more incoming and outbound links to higher authority sites, more will be the DA. 30-40 is average DA. Anything about 40 is good. Anything above 50 is excellent.
45-55 is average PA (of your homepage). Anything above 50 is good, anything about 60 is excellent.

if you want to make backlinks based on DA then go for above 20 DA and PA
