How effective is teeth whitening done at the dentist?
 

I want to get zoom or brightsmile done at the dentist - i dont drink coffee or red wine and dont eat berries so im wondering how long it would last?

I did the Same but result was disappointment and frustration!

For me also the same as abhilash. Dentist will motivate you to go for some other services of theirs once you step in to them. I will suggest you to go for natural ways to whiten your tooth.

i'm just don't have the result i want, maybe you should try some thing else
