How can track conversions in Google Adwords?

You can sign in Google adwords, Click the Tools tab, and select Conversions from the drop-down menu, Click the +Conversion, You'll now see options for the different kinds of conversion sources you can track.

Set goals for the different pages of your website and check traffic.

You'll also need to add the appropriate code to your confirmation page.
