How to fix automatic gate opener?
 

Remote control for gate is sending (open/close) signal to the controller but the gate will not open.I can hear and feel the motor buzzing inside but it is not turning the sprocket which opens the gate.When gate is unlocked from system it opens freely so its not jammed on it's runner.Model is Comex EX5.
