Does Yahoo Have Webmaster Tools Like Google

Hello folks,
I am just curious to know if there exist any webmaster tools for Yahoo similar to Google webmaster tools. I want to optimize a website on Yahoo and want to see what back inks and other website data is Yahoo search engine looking at to boost rankings at yahoo.

Yahoo shares its webmaster tool with Bing search engines. They do not have a webmaster tool of their own like Google.
