hey all , what are the methods or sites you use to check keyword competition & how much competition is enough for newbie (me) for ranking ?

Use Google keyword tool to check competition and search volume for the keywords.
A keyword with high search volume and medium competition is Good for a decent traffic.

Use Google adwords tool for keyword research.It will give you all the best possible results.
