What are some stress management techniques?
Hey(: So I'm in high school and I was wondering what are a few stress management tips/techniques I can use? Were learning stress symptoms and management in my child development, and we have to come up with some techniques :) Thanks.

It's good to practice deep breathing to reduce stress. I also find it helpful to take a brisk walk.
