What are some good websites to download free ebooks?
 

Present-day ones. Not the ones like Wuthering Heights. I know about manybooks.net, but that's for the old books like Shakespeare and Hemingway. I saw that nook and amazon had free stuff, but they want your credit card, which I'm not giving out just for a free book. so are there any present-day free ebook websites out there?

Try amazon, there are lots of many eBooks which can be downloaded depending on what you want and or like.
