Best way to learn SEO
 

Hello fellows,
I wanted to ask, whether anyone knows a good way to
learn SEO for a complete newbie. I assume there a lot
of people who could use that information. I
started a food blog, however I don't have much to
invest in outsourcing SEO so I would like to learn it as I
go. But forums have such an overload of information
that It's difficult to distinguish right from wrong. In
other words, I want to build good foundation of
knowledge, but don't know where to start, so perhaps
anyone knows some good up to date course on the
topic
