Please suggest Me..how block spam visitors in google Analytic

In Google Analytic settings, directly click on the check box as Exclude all hits from known bots and spiders.

Or select the spam website from referrals and exclude it with the help of campaign source option.

We have had quite a few of the spam referrals ourselves. We simply use appropriate Google Analytics filters to remove them from results when we are reviewing certain analytics.
