Need help to understand monetizing concepts
 

Hi All,
I am running a blog cum website .I have got over 1000 views in a month (don't know if it is a good number or not). I have google ads and also added some affiliate ads .But don't see the visits converting into clicks .Please let me if this is a normal scenario or if I need to do something else .
