Hi,

You should removed it by manually.

If you don;t have access of backlink website then you should content to website owner to remove it from there website

OR
you can use Google disavow tool to block that types of links

If some back links look bad or irrelevant keywords you can remove them manually by sending an e-mail to the website which are providing back link from there. Or use Google disavow tool to remove all the bad back links it is the best option because this tool is provided by Google itself.
